Global Ambassador System
The Global Ambassador system allows you to contract with iDA in Japan and be hired as a contract employee (with appointment as a regular employee) and work at a Japanese fashion brand. After two years, you can also begin your career as a full-time employee of the brand. In addition, we will help you practice interviews in Japanese as many times as you like until you are satisfied.
The purpose of this system is to recruit talented people from overseas, develop human resources with a global perspective, and revitalize the fashion industry as a whole.
